What a beautiful read Sophie! And what a wonderful mornings interaction. A soul filling moment. I am learning and leaning into what my gut is telling me and listening to what I actually need in a moment rather than ignoring that it / I has any needs at all and I find that joyful moments are coming much more freely xx
Totally resonate with that, Sophie. It’s amazing how we’re able to tune into more joy when we’ve adjusted our foundation / started paying attention to our needs, isn’t it. x
These moments are what life is all about! This was such a beautiful piece. I felt like I was on that bench with you. What a special experience and a beautiful reminder. Thank you for sharing 😊
What a wonderful experience! It sounds like it was a lovely way to spend an hour or so. For me, my intuition has always been there but I forgot about it for a few years during my divorce/post-separation abuse. I think of my intuition as a good friend, it never gave up on me and gently reminded me of my dreams until I developed my self-trust again. These days I find it pops up again at the right moments for me ☺️
That’s wonderful, Emma. I love your description of it being a good friend, particularly in such challenging times. I feel like that’s planted a little seed in my mind 🌱

It really is isn’t it - I’m coming to realise that more and more. I love that you felt that way while reading, thank you for being here, Emma. 🌟
